On March 9, 2010 Canton National Guard Bravo Troop 1-108 Calvary will be arriving from Fort Stewart after a tour in Afghanistan. The troops will travel through Canton, Cherokee County, Georgia and will arrive between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. The troops will be escorted by Canton Police and other law enforcement agencies and will be escorted to Exit 19 on I-575 and will travel through downtown Canton. The troops are then scheduled to travel to the National Guard Armory by turning left at the North Canton intersection located at Hwy 5 and 140 West. Anyone wishing to get involved in welcoming the troops home are asked to come out and show their support! Press Release
