As one of the 31 founding Playful communities, the City of Canton invites you to join us in our quest to build, maintain and improve our parks and recreational facilities.
Playful City USA Committee- A Partner In Play
At present, the committee is small, but in need of growth, ideas and participation from you.  The committee meets every other week for about an hour except when events are pending.  The amount of time you put in is guided by the event or goal of each project and your part in it. Community involvement in our play spaces is important.  When you visit our parks or recreational spaces let us know if you see trash, maintenance issues, ideas or concerns by filling out this form.

The City of Canton works hard to maintain and improve our parks.  We are planning many events to bring the community together through play.Our parks and Recreation are the heart of the community involvement and spirit.  We are here to serve the community through events and activities designed to bring the community together, inspire physical activity, social growth and create a pride in our city by welcoming you and your input! Below is a listing of our parks and recreational facilites.
