How do I pay my ticket?
To pay your ticket please call the phone number for the court that is listed on your ticket. The Municipal Court phone number is 770-704-1532. Please have you citation number ready. The citation number is located in the upper right hand corner of the citation. You will need to ask the fine amount and verify your court date. Most fines can be paid prior to the court date.
Court is held at the 151 Elizabeth Street Canton, GA on the second Wednesday of each month for arraignments. If you do not pay before court and fail to appear in court, a $50.00 court cost will be assessed.
Where do I mail my ticket?
The mailing address is: Canton Municipal Court, 151 Elizabeth Street, Canton GA 30114. If you mail your fine, please sign the back of the yellow ticket and mail it with your money order or certified check BEFORE the court date. If you wish to appear in court, please call to verify your court date.
**Tickets processed through the mail must be received before the court date. No personal checks will be accepted.

- Underage Drinking/ Possession of Alcohol

- Speeding in excess of 25 MPH over the limit

- Laying Drag
- Accident caused by unsecured load
- Attempting to elude Police
- Animal cruelty
- Leaving the scene of an accident
- Public Indecency
